Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

As Business Development Rep, you own the full prospecting funnel: from identifying, outreaching and qualifying leads to bringing them to a discovery with handover to your AE.

Your Responsibilities

We want you to start as a operator and grow into the pioneer of a well-oiled sales machine at CoffeeCup. As Business Development Rep, you own the full prospecting funnel: from identifying, outreaching and qualifying leads to bringing them to a discovery with handover to your AE. Our software suite is catered to automate IT consulting project lifecycle planning with time tracking, project planning, team staffing and profitability controlling. We seamless integrate into modern ecosystems with Hubspot, Salesforce, Jira, Asana and Billing tools. We are starting in the DACH region and are expanding throughout Europe. So working proficiency in German and English is a must.

  • Be comfortable with cold calling
  • Be the face of CoffeeCup and get people curious and excited about our product
  • Identify best practices and drive the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Research, identify and approach new potential customers through various outbound channels to successfully schedule product demos
  • Identify needs and requirements of the target group and document those learnings for the rest of the team to make us of it
  • Build relationships to establish an engaged dialogue with our target customers
  • We don't need you to be an expert in the IT consulting industry today, but you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how CoffeeCup can create value for them
  • Are starting in the DACH region and are expanding to Europe. So working proficiency in German and English is a must while French or Spanish is a highly welcomed plus
  • We use HubSpot as our CRM, Close as Outreach Software and Outplay for Cadencing

Our Requirements

Just so you know - we purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications for this role. We care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care just about your CV.

Coming from the IT consulting or digital services industry is a big plus. (i.e. digital agencies, IT consultant companies, everything that is project based works well)
